No returns, except by special circumstance at the seller’s discretion. A 15% restocking fee may be applied in the case of a return.
In the case of damage in transit for products that we ship, we will offer replacement products if available, or a refund, at no charge, if documentation of damage is provided.
In the case of damage in transit or preexisting damage for products that are shipped or otherwise provided to us, such as vintage refurbs, we reserve the right to decline to offer service for safety or other concerns.
In this case, we will provide a full refund, documentation of any damage and will offer options to dispose of or return ship an item at the customer’s expense.
If an item is on back order or pre-order, we make no guarantees about time until available but will communicate with customers about any expected time, delays, and offer refunds if needed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, and will provide a full refund in this case.
